What started four years ago as a single T-shirt to support the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention has grown into something much bigger. This May, Violent Gentlemen officially partnered with the AFSP as part of their Bold & Brave event series, hosting their first-ever mental health event at the VG warehouse in Costa Mesa to bring together friends, teammates, and community members for honest conversations and a shared reminder that nobody goes through life alone. "Check On Your Teammates" has always been more than a slogan. It's a commitment to building a culture where people feel seen, supported, and safe to speak up. Because looking out for one another can save lives.

Back in 2019, we started Free Burger Friday for a pretty simple reason: we wanted an excuse to hang out. No big agenda. No catch. Just good people, good stories, and burgers hot off the grill. Somehow it became one of our favorite VG traditions.
