Check On Your Teammates® started with a simple idea: Look out for the people around you. What began as a t-shirt created to raise awareness and funds for suicide prevention has grown into something much bigger. It is a reminder that the people in our lives, our friends, coworkers, teammates, and family may be carrying more than we realize.
Through this movement and the community behind it, we hope to encourage real conversations, real support, and a culture where checking in on one another becomes second nature. Because sometimes a simple message, a quick call, or letting someone know you are there can make all the difference.
