Zamboni x VG - The Full Collection
I'm back to remind you how great our Zamboni merch is!
Last year I shared a bunch of photos from our tour and some other stuff you probably forgot about. So in 2026, I'm back to tell you why this collection has been such a hit at both offices. The VG crew loves it and so does the Zamboni crew.
Zambonis are amazing, and we love that Frank Zamboni started the company right in Paramount, California. That feels wild when you consider hockey was invented in Montreal, Quebec. The first machine was the Model A, and we made a shirt to commemorate it that everyone at the shop loves wearing.
The original Model A was built using Jeep engine parts. I like to imagine Frank working away, getting dirty and greasy, and then suddenly having that "yup, that's it" moment. We made a work shirt to honor exactly that.
Fast forward from Frank’s work to a few months ago and we got to skate Honda Center after a Ducks game and went down under the rink. You’ll never guess what one of the Zamboni drivers was wearing. He was in one of our hoodies and we snapped a couple shots of him. We have a few different styles on the site if you want to rep the crew that makes that ice so perfect and to stay warm!
And now that teams are getting knocked out of the playoffs and heading to the golf course, we did what any reasonable hockey brand would do we launched a Zamboni polo and golf hat. The best part? Brock is a Red Wings fan and they didn't make the playoffs. So guess who we put in the very first photos of that polo. Yup. Brock. Enjoy the golf course.
Look, I know this is a little sales-y but I genuinely love Zambonis. Getting to work with them was a dream. I became a hockey fan in 8th grade, have been to more games than I can count, and I still love watching the Zamboni clean the ice between periods. I've got the die-cast toys, the stamp-dispensing ones, the Deadpool Zamboni from Funko, and of course a ton of our own merch.
