September is National Suicide Prevention month, but mental health deserves awareness all year long. Our goal is to help spread awareness about the availability of the 988 suicide and crisis hotline. Life can be hard and we need to be there for each other whenever possible. Use this as a reminder to check on your teammates, or call 988 if you need one. Thank you.
You are not alone. We share mental‑health resources, including 988, to help spread awareness and encourage people to seek support when they need it. We don’t provide crisis or medical services and aren’t affiliated with any third‑party providers. Please see our Terms of Service for important additional details.

Just an update to my earlier review. VG immediately reached out to me about the hole in my shirt and made it right. Thank yall for looking out!
Great quality shirt and awesome message. The only issue was there was a small hole on the front of it. I didn’t notice it until I put it on for work. I had taken it straight out of the package and didn’t wash it. Other than that great shirt!
The way VGHC has promoted mental health and checking on your teammates is great.
Out of all my VGHC gear, the “Check on Your Teammates” shirts I have get the most comments when wearing, by far.
T-shirt is thick/heavy weight, great quality and super comfortable. My only wish is that they made it in women’s fit and/or a moisture wicking (active) material to make it easier to wear in the places it’s needed most - the rink and the gym.
Great quality great message check on your brothers love it
Great Quality and an amazing shirt with a great message.
