This is a great hat, love the design, love the materials.
Downside is, I have a rather large head, but can still fit most snapbacks I try on. This hat however is still quite tight on my head with only 2 notches connected on the snapback portion so I'm having to return it. Sizing on stuff has prevented me from ordering more from this brand I love.
I know going into each hat purchase I have a large head. However I have had success with other VG tech hats I have purchased before. Unfortunate the fit of this hat was about 2 snaps tighter than previous VG purchases.

Fits smaller than most (slightly smaller than Travis Mathew) but otherwise comfortable and as advertised. Great in Florida heat. Definitely recommend buying patches from accessories at time of purchase.
